The location was perfect for exploring. I walked everywhere. the breakfast included so many choices. It was amazing. the staff greeted everyone with kindness and were always helpful, even at odd hours.
the stairs in the second building are quite steep. carrying luggage to the upper floors was a challenge.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast included yogurt, cereal, pancakes, bread, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, tea, butter, honey and Nutella. There was also a comfortable area with tables. The beds were so comfortable and an AC unit worked great in the room
The shower drain was a bit slow. This was a slight issue

the staff was helpful. i was especially grateful to the guy working early when i left at 4am. the breakfast had a lot of options (yougurt, cereal, pancakes, and more).
many things went wrong . i got the second building, its stairs are unsafe to climb. the guy at reception took his time to attend (i waited for 20 mins while he was on the phone).

the location is really central. you can easily walk to many attractions. the included breakfast had plenty of options, so i found something i liked. the staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. it made arrival and departure smoother.
My room was in a separate building. It required walking through a narrow alley, this was not ideal. the stairs in that building were also very narrow. Carrying luggage up them was difficult. the shared bathroom and shower felt quite small.

the noise levels were quite bad. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. it made getting a decent night's sleep difficult. also, the shared bathroom was quite small and lacked sufficient space to place toiletries.

the location worked well for exploring the area, that was acceptable.
the room was not very clean, it bothered me. there were few bathrooms for the number of guests, this created problems. the showers lacked places to put your things, i had to sit to keep my items close.
